Integrated Learning Analysis and Identification of Ancient Glass Components

- After data preprocessing, cross analysis and Kappa consistency test were used to analyze the qualitative and quantitative correlation between variables.
- To solve the problem of weak model generalization ability, an integrated classification model is established by comparing multiple groups of models and combining the integrated idea of Stacking. The accuracy of the test set is increased to 83.3%, and the final impact factor is obtained after reweighting.
- By means of statistical summary and frequency estimation, the content of two kinds of glass chemical components before and after weathering was investigated, and a stepwise regression model was established to predict the determination coefficients of the two kinds of glass silica fitting equations were above 90%.
- The symbolic regression and logistic regression classification models with strong interpretability were established. PCA and KMeans algorithms were selected to cluster the data for dimensionality reduction and divide the subclasses. The models were reasonable and had good overall stability.
